Nope, if you have proper motor mounts and not junkyardies they work just fine, you have to replace some suspension components to match the amount of drag that is going to be produced right off the line. Plus h22 is heavier, change struts/springs etc.
The radiator is in the right spot and the right one, at city speeds, i.e. 40-60 mph, it doesnt make any difference, and on the highway the rpm is lower enough to not let the engine blow the gasket, 85mph steady at 2500 rpm, overdrive, si trans.
Now the price tag,
car with body kit $2700
Si trans $150
over all there isnt more than $5000 total spent on this car, but its worth about the same with the stock engine, D16, but it has to be in prestine condition.
You can buy a 1996 to 2000 civic DX coupe for about $3000 or less
Ex for $4000 or less
and Si for $6000 or less
you only have to know the right people to get the right parts for cheap, hell they install it on the car for free just for the hell of it.
Oh well, but i can make more money out of this car if i part it out. But i aint sellin it, its a 30MPG rocket, at this time with these fuel prices, nope.
But the components on the car add up to alot
MOMO steering wheel $150
TRD/Tenrai spoiler $100
SSR GT3's with 215/40's $1600, thats $249 per rim, tires extra
Kenwood headunit and 4 12" Subs $500
Viper alarm $200
AEM CAi $120
its fun though, oh well, later now guys.
