Firstly in order to cover the gap of time (because the ________ Motor cycle has entered the market late) we need to be on the roads in the number as if we entered the market atleast a year back. How can we jump for this? Can we make a huge deal ?
Yes we want be on roads of Pakistan in a good number. Because numbers are very important for customers who do not know much about our product. And we still want to sell them. So, we have to move on both the ends. Quality and numbers. Quality is something that we can have it whenever we move up to our best standards, but in case of numbers we have to make unique policies and offer good options.
Now, as our stress here is numbers, so we will just have our thoughts about this word:
1- The best option I want to suggest is that we must go for the Corporate Customers with different offers for them.
2- The options may be: a- customized special colors, b- any additional accessories that should not create problem to performance, c- free check ups (service) once in forty five days (45), d- with Spare parts for 5% discount at their door step.
3- There must be a new offer like Adam Motor has started which is Mobile Workshop with cellular numbers given to the staff with that vehicle.
4- _______ industry should offer discount to bulk purchasers. This way we will be able to make the dream of numbers come true. For example we can offer to TCS, OCS, Police, Pakistan Post with above mentioned offers.
5- 70CC bike category is specially for youth so, we must sponsor the festivals in colleges, their other programs like awarding ceremonies, offer bikes as Prizes to toppers.
6- Must check for the places where youth can be targeted eg., pakwheels.com etc etc.
7- Cable net is a good means today, a few brands are in knowledge of people just because of it. But we must check how to use this tool.
