lol i guess everyone here needs to do a bit more Research b4 throwing in comments.
1)whey is just a biproduct of cheese. where u could eat 12 eggs and built 60-70g of protein , u could just take 2 scoops of whey and get tht amount of protien. and thts just wat it does.
2) creatine is somthing which is already in ur body. ur liver makes it and is a true power house for energy. if u want to lift heavy , it gives u timly boost.
where i agree tht creatine could somtime mess up depending on ur liver capabilities, whey is 100% safe.
whatever ur body weight is, u should have equal amount of protein in order to make some muscle. eating tht much of food will only make u fat and thats not muscle
