well all it will take 500rs of mazduri and glue in altos chrome and glass works when heated
and its a fiddly job
some time back cleaned one head light from a bumper guy also light had a defect in it chrome was broken i bought a broken head light genuine one from scrapper for 500rs
that guy took both head lights apart changed chrome in mine and fixed took him almost 30 mins
he did not use any other glue but one was in head lamps it self
and i gotta admit it
rain water never gets in if its done by a pro

what if I use black paint instead of tint paper ?

Took the lights out
Opened them by applying heat witha heat gun. Clean the lights . Cover the reflected area with news paper and scotch tape. Matt black spray thr un covered part. Put the glass back on the housing with the help of sammad bond. Let it dry. Put the lights on the car nd bingo unr gud to go

Bond= 70 rs
Mat black spray= 140 rs

Total kharcha= 210 rs.

depends upon you, you can use Iridium if you want to but if you are not a guy who wants to stretch his car then just go for the OEM ones which can easily be bought from any local Auto parts shop.

haha should have asked me bro im running iridium plugs in alto
and Fuel consumption remains same main thing in alto Fe is effected are tappets and CNG pipes going form kit to venturi if they are loose then f.e will drop
and iridums u can go to shop ask for iridium plugs NGK ones cost 3000 to 4000 a set
and with that use 8mm wires ultima brand
tune it then
and fill 5 liters hi octane and
just reply here what u fell after driving ur alto
nor gonna mention any car here but alto out runs many sophisticated 1000cc cars ..........

110km in one cylinder ....Brother, get it tuned properly..Plugs, filter etc...... my 37k driven 2012 gives around 150-160 with a.c with heavy foot.......

brother get it tuned by 3s
and make sure all cng pipes are tight
replace plugs if needed and can use platinum plugs mostly available as NGK G power
use thin oils never use 20W 50 always stick to 10w 40 for ur model newer ones mostly use 5W 20 5W 30 oils
and my friend ur car will be good will give u around 150 160 in city on full A/C

I dont run car on petrol bcoz of its 8km/l habbit so will this setup run flawlessly on cng?

Car is bone stock nd engine is water dropping nd in perfect condition at the spot ...except for tapper adjustment car have neer been to mechanics for engine job so dont know about cng pipes condition

oye kaka Fuel efficency
and iridums cost given above wires will cost u 800rs
and 140/liter hi octance
so do the math around 5k total cost
also change carb jet from stock to mehran one will improve Fuel efficency
alto comes with 110 no jet and repalce it with mehran 92.5 jet cost 500 with labor

i remember my uncle bought a brand new and he was like i am loving its A/C and petrol to shungti hai yeh machis ki dabbi
he sold his mehran 95 model and got alto at that time it was one of the first to hit roads in kp at that time

Wires would be expensive then the ones quoted by EK as these guys are selling some American brand. NGK wires here (in ISB) cost 960.
Get an air intake installed along with down-piping and you will have your car Stage 1 modified lol
