i had the complete seat belt replaced from shershah for my baleno. complete set along with this buckle and fitting was done for 1500. maybe it was of some jdm car. so i guess you have to do same too

Always adjust spark plug gap at 0.7-0.8mm
It will give you best fuel average and performance.

Dont waste money on 2 or 4 tip plugs for cultus. Just side gap ur already installed plugs and set gap to 0.7-0.8mm

Btw, how much loose tappets are required for CNG compared to factory specs (which is for petrol).

If at 20C, 0.15mm on inlet and 0.18mm on exhaust is recommended by manufacturer for petrol, what addititiinal clearance would you recommend for CNG?

This above figure is for CNG Khyber, and NOT for Cultus, as that one is on factory specs and being driven on petrol.

New NGK plugs came with 0.9mm pre set gap. I use 0.7mm and it's best for both fuels. Smooth idling, performance, efficiency and acceleration.

Mostly shopkeepers will give u NGK BKR6E-11 spark plugs for efi cultus and baleno.which are gap to 1.1mm, totally wrong gap for G10B,G13BB and G16B engines.

If you see rocker/lifter closely, it is on the base line of cam lobe. It is perfect position to adjust the valve lash.
Always folow EO/IC rule (Exhaust Opening and Intake Closing). Set the intake valve lash when the exhaust valve is beginning to open. This will put the intake lifter at the base circle which is where you want it to be.
Then set the exhaust valve lash when the intake valve is about halfway down on the closing side.
BTW, I adjusted my cultus valve lash at 0.15mm inlet and 0.18mm exaust. And results are great.

NGK are good but gap them properly. Check the gap with feeler gauge urself. Check your valve lash with same feeler gauge. It should be 0.15m for inlet and 0.18mm for exaust. Follow the procedure which I have told in my previous posts.

Then buy NGK BKR6E spark plugs. They are set to 0.8mm gap from company.

I am tired of replacing Distributor rings/seals. Yesterday i changed it 6th or 7th time but still oil is leaking. Due to this issue, i am not draining my oil which has driven over 7K (

As far as i can remember, from several months i have tried these techniques:
Changed brands of Silicone(From local to Germans)
Tried different brands of Elfy
Tried different size seals(As original EFI Distributor ring/seal is short at most of 3S since last 3 -4 months)
Tried different manufacturers(As original EFI Distributor ring/seal is short at most of 3S since last 3 -4 months)
Also replaced torx bolts with hex flange bolts
Again replaced hex flange bolts with customized bolts specially built on machines(Available as per your requirement on back side of Dow University)

Now i am tired and thinking of replacing that complete tikki if Rs. 20 to Rs. 400 seals are not working.
Kindly tell me price of Kabli/used tikki or seal & where is it available in Karachi and in how much price?

For Cultus, use only recommended SGP-Suzuki Genuine Oil Premium(Silver Grey Packing) in API SG 10W-40

Do not use 5W-30(It will be too thin) and thus not suitable for your Engine.

As per my knowledge, your 5w-30 shell hx 5 is coming in SN grade which has less ZDDP which is not recommended for Hydraulic Lifter present in Engine of your Cultus. You should use SG(Maximum to SJ and that is only when SG or SH is not available to u) otherwise stick to API SG providing by Suzuki 3S dealers

Use only SGP oil with Guard Oil filter & Air Filter. If u could find QAIM oil filter & air filter, it will be plus for your car otherwise Guard will also be OK please but do not use any other brand.
