Guys does anyone know about the location of diode pack which controls vacuum switching valve for idle up?
Problem is that when I turn on lights or blower fan then rpm drops due to idle up system not working. Same happens when radiator fan kicks in.
Sometimes it clicks and sometimes it kind of fluctuate and then stops working.

Yes it vanishes when clutch pedal is pressed.

Just use zic gear oil ff from zic website... This is due to thick gear oil.. Order zic gear oil ff from website

Just for initial rough guess, as other brother suggested, change its gear oil and brake oil asap(as soon as possible).In my opinion and experience, Use only Liqui Moly oils in both.Although costly but quality is there

Hello friends, my cultus carby 2007 has a very low mileage on petrol. It gives 6.5kmpl in city without AC and 10 on motorway. Serviced my carburetor, tappets adjustment but of no use. CNG average is 150km without ac in city and 190 on motorway. It runs smooth on both fuels. Kindly help me how to improve mileage on petrol.

This is dilemma of Cultus average. Almost it happens in every car that it is very rare that car gets perfectly average on both fuel
Usually when u get it tuned on petrol then it will give issue on cng, if u will set cng, then it will disturb your petrol average
So better to leave and live with it

i have bought a 2007 last week. currently driving on petrol and the car doesn't feel all that powerful.
but the major issue is the average. it gives 6 kmpl on petrol. i should have owned a 1996 civic if I had to pay so much for petrol.
i am currently thinking of getting my cng working but was afraid my car wouldn't drive at all due to underpower.
anybody who drives a carburated cultus on cng? tell me about your experience.
My car engine is perfectly fine recently rebuilt.

My experience says that older suzukis which includes cultus (both carby and efi) , Mehran, alto, margalla, khyber, baleno - are excellent cars for cng. Its my personal experience after owning all of them. And for a city like karachi where cng is available all year round with ease then it makes very very reasonable
