Suzuki cultus has no electrical power at all but car battery looks fine

I attached the positive terminal of my car battery with negative terminal and negative with positive terminal of UPS battery for charging for 1-2 seconds. After that I charged the battery with correct connection and the battery has charged. I checked the battery by direct connecting the air compressor to it and it is working fine. But my car has no electrical power at all and it is not starting.
What could be the possible reason for that. Because of lockdown I could not find the electrician please help me out.

Thanks brother a fuse was broken i simply connected the terminals of fuse by a metal. The power is back now. Thanks alot for your valuable suggestion.

Dear is this main fuse removable or not i tried to remove that fuse but i think it is not removable. Then how to change that fuse.

I think its points are stuck wiggle it a bit it will come loose

The fuse you are talking about, is bolted to the fusebox connector from below... Please check.

Yes i did the same but it is working but i wanted to change the fuse.

While trying to remove the fuse i broke the plastic body of fuse but its metal part was still attached. It looked like its connected are inside the fuse box and may be not removable.
