AOA PW friends

I have Suzuki Mehran 2013 E2, 50000 km driven till today. when i bought it, it was 32000 km driven.
what are the things i have to change or checked on 50k millage?
secondly, i am facing problem with its gear from last two days i.e. gear has become hard to apply and sometimes 1st gear refuses to apply and after few seconds of try it gets into 1st gear with grindding sound. i have checked the gare oil its ok.
when i shift into 3rd from 4th, again have to face a little resistence to apply with same grinding sound.
please fellows tell me what could be the problem, and how to get rid of it.

Brother check your settings of clutch, it become too much loose and cause problem in gear shifts. Its very small problem dont worry.

Drove Mehran VX EuroII 2015 on M2 last Wednesday. Very good acceleration, easily goes to 130 kmph with no vibration at all. Didn't push further.
