Suzuki Mehran roof catching rust inside roof molding

My Suzuki Mehran 2015 is catching rust inside roof molding black strips highlight in pic attached @Xulfiqar please suggest DIY product to stop this or suggest any remedy to stop and remove this completely once and it not comes again

U can just slow it down using any wax... nothing else can be done, except a proper paint job

The only real solution is to scrap the rusted part down to bare metal and refinish it with a fresh paint job. Everything else is temporary. In the meantime, you can spray a rust converter selectively on the rusted parts to slow the cancerous growth. Wax and WD40 will also help temporarily.

However, if the rusted area is small, you may not have to refinish the whole roof panel.
