does any one have any idea about neotec emulator and advancer?? also how are car EICL (euro india cylinder ltd) cng cylinders??
Which oil is better for Swift, is PSO good, or Caltex or Shell and which grade? the factory recommended is 10w40 i guess
Stay away from PSO. Manual says 10w30 or 10w40. Your pick.
Engine oil is fast becoming an overrated topic here.
As long as you change on time and use a quality product, it doesn't matter.

i guess 10w40 would be the right choice, which brand should i go for, apparently Zic doesn't have this grade, so i guess Caltex or Shell?
Bro , these cars can easily survive on 5w-20(-50)Use Zic XQ 5w-40 fully Synthetic
which is better Caltex or Zic?
If you can source OG Caltex, then Caltex. If you can source OG Zic, then Zic.Just stay far away from PSO.
I can easily source OG caltex, Caltex it is then
Anyone has any experience of the K&N air filter ?
Any suggestions ?? The car hits reserve at 300-310 kms only ?
Sdogar, ruhail, yawar, and other ownersyour input will be highly appreciated
I'll not recommend that Pump. Had a bad experience.
Why, what happened?Sometimes I do not even check the display, still get "proper" amount of fuel
Meter was 0000 when he started fueling. I was looking somewhere else and with in a sec the meter touched Rs.300 and i was shocked.
Haha, never happened with me. I have always been given good service, since I am a regular there
I always use Total near Roshan Bai Pass and within city use total that's is on jaranwala road infact which is near shall pump.
Infact, Total is opposite Shell but I do not fancy Total pumps. They charge from 1-3% on Debit card, whilst Shell charge 0%.https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/public-service-announcements/230565-paying-extra-charges-while-paying-fuel-using-debit-credit-card-3
I dont keep much knowledge in terms of hardware like s_ruhail and sdogar so i can advise on a limited scaleI used to get 500 approx from full tank in while reserve light use to light up at 420 approxThen after some time when i got my 10k service done at 8k due to warranty expiry issues, i now got reserve light at 370 which was mind boggling. Tried hypermilling a bit and made sure everything changed in service was genuine and new. The drop in effeciency was beyond me. Then met with other fellow swift owners and found that they suffered the same from initial stages of purchase.Only way is to change or adopt a lighter way to driving since what you have done is sufficient. P.S. remember swift is bad at mileage if u live/ drive in a rushy area. Dont expect more unless you are on long routes.
People got it installed and said it improved mileage. I on the other hand believe filter should be kept stock.Upto an individuals budget to support a filter worth 5k. Others may elaborate more on its benefits
