I own a city and a swift so will only comment on these two.
Between these two (in stock condition) I find the swift to be more controlled. A main reason is the tire setup that comes from factory. City (base model) runs euro star tires which are not goid for gripping the road. Swift (dlx) comes with bridgestone so there is much more grip.
Those who have changed the stock tires of the city may provide better feedback on the resulting improved handling.
Stiif and hard suspension refers to the strut and spring setup restricting the pitch and roll of the car to improve handling.
