5w30 and 10w30 are only good for a swift if the ambient temperature is max 30 degrees

Yes 10W30 is recommended from -20 to 30'C. But i dont think Hot viscosity has much to do with ambient temp coz when at operating temp, T valve equipped engines would be at same temp when hot whether in winter or summer. But yes in Pakistan most people do go with 10W40 to be on safer side.

That is scaling, not corrosion. When you would mix high mineral content water like in Faisalabad or Karachi for dilution of coolant you would still get this regardless of what coolant you use, though less than when you are only using water and no coolant.
Scaling can only be removed using mild acidic media flushing.
To prevent it use distilled water only but to be honest that is not very practical....

Distilled water is quite cheap/easy to make at home. Engine coolant lasts a long interval, so the cost/time needed to acquire distilled water is negligible.

I have never said distilled water costs alot...infact it will cost less than 100/lit but most of the ones available in market for batteries are fake. Even most poorly produced distilled water should have cond of around 10uS. Ones available in market have 100uS and goes upto 600-700 and some even more than that. I have myself measured them. You can only get proper distilled water from very few lab chemical shops and there would be 5-6 shops in lahore in Anarkali in like 100km radius or maybe even more than that.
Plus avoid pouring AC condensate. In dusty environment like most of pakistan it does not have high TDS but it does have high dirt content.
So basically no one is denying the goods of distilled water but practicality of having it whenever required is really bleak....

Spark plugs: BKR6E-11 NGK or K20PR-U11 DENSO, both are nickel. IFR6J11 NGKs will last longer.

Gear oil: Mobilube SHC 75w-90 API GL-4/GL-5, or any 75w-90 GL-4 oil you can find.

Brake pads: get the genuine Suzuki ones. Never compromise on a safety item such as brake pads.

A/C cabin filter: your choice. For convenience, just get them from the same place you get the brake pads.

I got my distilled water from a shop who supplied to the medicine trade. had it tested by a freind who worked in a bottling factory.

Yes it is true that its not readily available in Pakistan because 75% of Pakistan is rural, In such cases the "make shift" arrangement should be replaced at earliest convenience - not forgotten for eternity becuase "chalta hai"

Realiabilty comes by investing sensibly not by investing blindly.
There are many cheap stuffs available in market which are as reliable as OEM if not more. You just need to search a bit and make little effort.

There can be more than 1 reasons for Window Washer Jam.

1. Electric motor is not working (Though chances are very less because these things work for years & years. But need to check).
2. Nozzels can be block. (if yes, you have to replace them. Its easy & cheap).
3. There can be some blocking material in the tiny pipes that comes from water bottle to nozzels.
4. The electrical joint (the jacket) maybe fuse and need to be replace.
5. Some fuse maybe not working or burn out in the general fuse box who is supplying current to washer motor.

The best way is to ask some good Electrician to check.

when the lever is pulled i hear the motor whirring along just fine...so no issues there. Nozzles blocked..i checked, they are clean as my cats butthole.( y'know, because they lick them and all....nvm ) the fuse is fine, as i can hear the motor whirring as it always did.
some sort of internal blockage i suppose.

I have also taken note that it take far less water to fill up the tank then normal, and it empties on its own. literally. i fill it to the absolute max...then a day later with 0 useage of the washer it is possible to stick another glass( approx ) of water in there. Some sort of internal leakage plus blockage?

But i havent seen water dripping from the bottom of the car either....

Nope, when the bottle is topped up it dosent shoot out water from the nozzles

If bottle empties itself that means bottle is leaking or either the seal b/w pump and bottle is leaking ...

Bro just spend some money and go for good oils and not like Attock 20W50. Firstly how much is your car driven? in any case assuming 3yrs old car should be around 50-60K max., go for 5W30 or at most 10W40. and go for some reputable brand like Zic, LM or shell, Havoline etc...
For Air filter Guard would be best in terms cost-benefit analysis.
For Cololant, for for Zic or Caltex. If you don't want to spend alot Guard would be just fine but avoid fancy coolants(or rather coloured water) which shopkeeprs try to sell you.

I thing you have to use PSO fully sytatic oil which is the best and you can use it upto 10000km by changing the oil filter on 5000km.
