Okay, that's fine, fan is supposed to start with AC turning on and otherwise it seldom needs to work.
... so the first culprit is why is water reducing in radiator (and reservoir). get that checked first. There seems to be a leak somewhere, get pipes, radiator, water pump, everything checked for a leak.
secondly, i've read somewhere that for Swift it should be 1.0 bar radiator cap, not 0.9. please check that too. a lesser than required bar pressure cap can also cause the water to leak and reduce in radiator, and cause overheat.
and thirdly ... get your thermostat also checked, a bad or stuck thermostat can also restrict coolant flow and cause the engine to heat up.
