My friend, you have to work on that on your own. What do you think Taliban are? Ali bhai thanks a lot for your respect. Its just that there are certain values which you have to take regard of. I keep my values close to me and the day i lose my values, i lose my self-respect and as a result i would lose my identity. I'm not a confused pretentious fart as you would find many around these days and i'm really proud of myself and my values. If you cannot dress up appropriately, simply do not bother offering prayers at all. Not totally agreed, Wearing complete clothes is one hukum and praying is another. wearing half naked clothes does not give you excuse for not praying, you need to pray, along with wearing complete clothes. I got the soul of this point but one should not leave his Muslim brother in disarray.

Allah knows who's prayer is accepted or not.

One cannot say let me do what ever I want to, who the hell are you to tell me what should I do. If one is doing wrong, other Muslim brother should tell him about the wright way if he knows it with authenticity, but should not impose.

2468, being dressed up appropriately is one of the main requisites of offering namaz. If you're not dressed appropriately, it would mean that you consider it to be doing some sort of favour to the One for whom you're allegedly offering your prayers, while infact He doesnt need our favours
