After done with the piping & mounting intercooler on a vehicle, we wanted to gave it a rough try, without tweaking anything... Just in stock setting s we gave it a rough try.... The owner of vehicle @killerjat he was with us at that time of test drive.
We slowly started our test run, so water temp should be at optimize temperature, after 2-3 km, when temperature was at 70'C we started pushing a lil bit, we were loving the whistle & grunting of turbo, and the air traveling through intercooler. Anyhow we pushed with full acceleration and then there was a sound (Phuuuuuuuffffffffffffffffffffffff) and dang vehicle bogged down all of sudden & we started sweating, we stopped the vehicle aside, gave a look on all gauges, everything was fine, & engine sound was ok, opened the hood & see wat went rong may be a silicone hose got off due to pressure, but no there wasnt any, then all of a sudden we saw smoke coming out of snorkel, then we immediately switched off engine.... and dang that was turbo, we disconnected the turbo, then slowly took it to the workshop again...
The other day we started opening the turbo & manifold, to see what happened to the turbo... we opened it the turbo was totally finished its cam was broken, (Already mentioned above that we knew turbo was weak but we still wanted to give it a try)
