@naxun: be reasonable bro,,, u change tunes to quickly, like u bring swift into discussion and then the jap liana, remember that you are in pakistan so stick to pak assembled cars please. My colleague has a 1.6 manual Jap liana and it is world apart from the local one and is simply amazing!
You are also ignoring my posts about the new ivtec engine which will once and for all take care of the 0-100 pickup of 1.3 city that every one brings up in posts despite knowing very well that the IDSI is not marketted for street drags and InshAllah it will come to Pak City as well but dont know when.
I myself also had the 1.3 IDSI and now the 1.5 steermatic and I assure that it does not have any braking issues, City never had this issue and yes it depends on the tyres as well.. You are highlighting isolated incidents and blaming the whole product line. No man no brake issues otherwise it would have been highligted in many other posts like Corolla's brake problem.
I will state the probs with the new city which are:
- Side pllars too thick (blind spot)
- IDSI engine is underpowered (not a big deal since it is clearly stated that the car is designed for economy)
now i am sure you can think of a million reasons to dis a car but i am stating pure facts and i am sure you will not believe me anyway but there might be some resonable folks on PW on will think otherwise.
I guess you never cared to read my posts in detail, i never said liana is a bad car it s just that pak suzuki ruin the quality control of every car they touch and they have the worst 3S of all pak auto manufacturers.
