Torque sensor & Ball Joint

My car is Honda City 2006 and I need to know a fewer things:

1- It happened a couple of times now that steering light turned on and a scanner guy reset the code to fix the problem. But my mechanic says that we should change the sensor to get rid of it permanently. Is that true?

2- The ball joints (goday) started to make noise while turning left or right. Should I need to replace ball joints?

3- What would be estimated cost of #1 and #2 and labor charges? May I have an idea please?

Noise on turning is due to cv joints
You can get them of sharry brand
They are really good
Japanese are really expensive
So sherry are good to go
And while changing cv joints instruct the mechanic to use the grease that came with the joints
As it is cv joint grease
This wheel barring grease they use for the cv joints heats up and ruptures the boot which is main cause of faliures
A good cv joint grease is as dark as tar
Mechanic labour is 5-800
Kharadia takes 500
Rest is boots and cvjoint kits price
And do you feel hardness when the steering light comes on if yes then there is more than just sensor to be replaced

yes steering gets jam. and i saw this error "51-05 torque sensor coil malfunction" on scanner.
