Assalam Walaikum
Please be advised that during Eid and just after Eid the traffic to these regions, specially Naran is extremely hectic as everyone is heading there during the holidays.
This means your travel time may vary so much so that you may not be able to reach your destination within the prescribed timing.
I noticed that your Day 1 consists of Isbd to Chillas via Babusar
Babusar Crossing I believe has a time limit that you cannot cross after 4 pm. Please check to see if this time restriction is still active because I have seen this restriction for the past three years that I have crossed. It may now have been lifted but please check to be on the safe side.
In the event this rule still applies you would have to depart from Isbd at 3 to 4 am if you wish to reach Babusar within the prescribed time of crossing, otherwise you may have to turn back around and head back to Naran for the night.
Secondly, if you have not as yet been to Shogran (on top of Kiwai) where the Abshar Cafe is, its certainly worth a stop just for photography though it will add time to your tour but absolutely worth it.
On Day 4 - Hunza to Astore
Along your route there is a place called Diran. If time permits its a good idea to visit the Diran Guest House. Its on Google Maps for you to view. That is a great place to visit and very Photogenic location.
On your Day 5 - Astore to Sheosar Lake
Although this is certainly possible but very hectic I think since you will be stopping many locations for photography and viewing the scenery, and although the distances are not at all much it is the stopping for photography that will slow you down.
Its a good choice to make it to Sheosar for the night but another option to consider a night stop at Chashma Hotel just before reaching Chillam Choki. That location at Chashma is ideal in that there is a river flowing with fresh trout that you may want to try catching plus a full fledged hotel for great and inexpensive food. You can camp in the valley next to the hotel at the base of the river. The next morning you can easily reach Sheosar Lake and carry on to Skardu, you will have an entire day to enjoy Deosai.
On Day 7 - Exploring Skardu
May I suggest you ride to Shigar ( a town which will take you back in time ) it also has the Shigar Fort in that town which now is a Serena Hotel. Shigar is only a 30 km ride from Skardu through the "Cold Desert" (a beautiful ride and scenic views). You can go and come back the very same afternoon, its only 30 km on a smooth hwy.
