For all those brothers who are hearing TUK sound when brake paddle is pressed, where this sound is not continuous but only when press the paddle first.
As per my experience above mentioned sound comes because of these three common reasons (Not only these, however these are common issues):
1. Loose Brake caliper or brake pad(s).
2. Loose sliding clips
3. Worn out control arm bush.
Solution
1.if the brake caliper is loose simply tight it with not more than 21 lb ft to 25 lb ft torque.
2.Incase of loose sliding clips, either you can replace them with new or you can do JUGGAR just like i did with place a piece of meter sheet underneath each clip.
3.Incase of worn-out control arm bush, simply replace it and please go for only genuine one.
If you want better handling than go for polyurethane bush, i never found this polyurethane bush in Pakistan otherwise i would have changed my all suspension bushes with these.
One more thing, if you are hearing this TUK sound when you brake hard and stop completely with a jerk then don't worry its just the EBD and ABS activated.
