You wouldn't be able to vacuum the system. That needs a proper apparatus.
This is the most simple and mostly used method known as pump pedal bleed.
Just be cautious don't push the brake paddle to the floor only push it to half way at max.
The bleeder screw must be present on brake calipers.
It should have a rubber cap on it... Well that is usually removed by our desi mechanics.
Slide the pipe on that bleeder screw and place the other end of pipe in some container dipped in a little brake fluid so that it can't suck the air back in.
Open the bleeder screw pump the pedal half way close the bleeder screw and release the pedal.. Never let the reservoir level get low during this process.
This is what i did while doing brake fluid flush on my car.
This method requires two person's.
