It does not have any electronic limiter. Your argument would hold value if you were either living in Japan or driving german cars that have to be limited to 155 mph artificially.

There is no reason for Indus (or Atlas) to give stupid speed limiters in 1.8 (and below) cars.

Please learn to accept facts. Traction control has nothing to do with top speed.

The only thing keeping your/our Corolla/Civic from exceeding 200/210 is:

Lack of power from their 1.8 engines, which are otherwise good enough for daily use.

And that's pretty much about it.

Shared randomly miscellaneously so any correction is admitted . But it's obvious that speed of 200km/h upward is must.

I dont get it, when my Xli can go upto 170, did it once, kar hyd super highway/motorway what ever you call that, why cant a 1.8 grande do 200+,

I did push the car to very high revs but still 170 was not killing it. Did it once and will never do it again. No point in risking many lives. That was no rush time early morning.

U might not believe that I tried 20 times for top speed with FL grande when I changed ma previous 2015 model which was used to go 210 upwards and every time ma car stuck at 190km/h. I communicated with friends having Altis they also affirmed that top speed of grande is 190/195km. I was very dismal that ma car Don go beyond that just for fun not as sport car bcz 200km speed can only be maintained for 4/5 minutes and then normal as upto 160km.

Believe me on advice of ma Czn having Altis I traction off n gained more than 200 km speedo upto 210 I wish that I had video bcz at that speed video making s difficult n I don habbit to show off.
Anyhow I belive that with trc on ecu limit the power terrain n without it u may go beyond that in FL grande. N there is no limit in pre FL grande.
Still u Don believe I tell u next time when I would be without family I will make video .
N u might be correct that I v no knowledge of trc as even I don know that why after 40km/h speed trc don get off in grande.
. N trc goes off when car s still or under speed of 40 km/h with single click of 1 sec etc. n vsc only goes off when car is still n u hold its button 5 to 7 sec in grande n odo tell u in little sign that it get off.
