Khair good news for owners and potential prospective owners of fortuners... My friend has ordered to import comfort shocks for fortuner... The said shocks are made by Armada and Are bolt on upgrade.. They will arrive in Ramadan and are costing him 35000 a pair.. Let's see if it fixes the little comfort issue then there will be no sane excuse to not buy fortuner with budget in subject.

Though I don't need to show off or prove anything at all to you but I have booked already in Feb 2017 Fortuner Super White June delivery. Don't judge others or jump to conclusions trying to prove something please. Like I said I don't need to be jealous of people like you atleast. Hope you can get rid of this thought of yours now.

I would have posted this the day I booked if I had to brag and show off like you. But since you are so restless and judgemental so I have to now share this to help you with your restlessness and bragging.

Despite the fact that I am on the same Fortuner band wagon I still stand by the fact that you have ruined the thread. Nonetheless I still request you to please stop comparing it with Prado and let this stay a Fortuner thread. Please stop bringing its superiority to Prado (which is still superior) and let the owners have independent Fortuner discussion. It isn't necessary to quote it as a better vehicle. Its already established as a better purchase so please leave it at that.

I got it because its wonderful value for money at the price and brand new option, not because its better than other superior vehicles. I have that much of a spirit to accept the reality that there are other superior things than Fortuner. I am not bending the reality just because I am getting one.

Seriously bro, I wish that was the case. Gone are the days when Pakwheels used to be a decent forum of reasonable logical discussions.

I opened this thread and all I saw here was people proving Fortuner is better and some proving Prado is better and so on. Nothing as such informative for owners as any discussion that starts ends up with comparison and proving a vehicle. And when someone tries to talk unbiased reality that person is personally attacked and judged as jealous.

As an owner I actually have a few questions as my vehicle delivery is just around the corner, questions which I haven't been able to share because of the constant unrealistic Prado VS Fortuner stuff this thread is all about.

Same advice to you as well bro, please don't judge others. Now if you could also get past this COMPARISON stuff and be realistic. Would be good to have a genuine discussion actually related to Fortuner. Would appreciate knowing a few things pre delivery. But something realistic which is not upto my taste in the car may be not be answered properly because of the no bad words against a car approach people cling on to for a specific car on its own thread.

thread indeed where its discussed either way or the other.. Glad that the point of Fortuner being better value & buy is getting endorsed by many and is turning into actual buy decisions.
Though Fortuners lack few gizmos but in our market it's an inevitable SUV to consider with the huge value it offers.
Me being tagged judgemental by the judge himself.. Is all acceptable after all judge is judge my lord!
Well Comfort shocks are great news and a welcome reasonable upgrade for those who want to bounce a little extra.
Led bulbs for the fog lamps are also a must haves.. Can anyone recommend !

Confused between ceremic coating & glass coat.. Toyota central offering glass coat for 37 thousand .

But as far as I have heard, third party coats are better. Atleast in Lahore, Ahmad Yar bhai and some others are doing a very good job.

Also the dealership has offered me a TRD kit for 50k. Now its a big question mark in my head because it can't be an original thai TRD kit for this price. Could be a chinese replica or something in this price being sold by a third party accessories desk linked to someone at dealership. Anyone having idea whats the scene of this kit?
