On the drain nut It is only written all Japanese with " Just CVT " written in between. Although i have verified it from Owner Manual Book and found it to be Toyota Genuine CVT Fliuid FE

Hi,
my Passo 2006 gear push button is broken, does anyone has an idea where can i buy or how to replace it in Lahore.

2ndly the average of the car is below 10KM/L without AC, what should I do for it. Car has driven 116k+ KM.

I guess a mechanic can source it from Bilal Ganj. The mileage is OK considering the traffic conditions in Lahore.

Route: M9 Hyd to Karachi
Engine oil: Shell Helix 5w30 (Previously I was using Total 0w20 but engine was reducing oil, almost 1.5 liters in 4000 km hence I shifted back to 5w30)
Tyres: Bridgestone Ecopia 155/65/R14

Speed was mostly in range of 90-110, AC was on throughout journey.

If you're happy with that then sure, but only API SN fully synthetic is recommended for passo and vitz.

If I am not wrong, its semi-synthetic.

For 1KR-FE in Vitz, Passo, Boon, etc. I would sincerely suggest fully synthetic 5w-30, meeting latest API SN / SN Plus (preferably with RC) and / or ILSAC GF-5 criteria.

Total Quartz 9000 Future series 5w-30, Shell Helix Ultra 5w-30 (I do not know that it has become available here in Pakistan or not, but on Shell local website, its details are shown), Kixx 5w-30, ENEOS Sustina 5w-30 (available with selected Attock Petrol Pumps), and even PSO 5w-30 are some of the reputed brands, and meet criteria mentioned above.

You can choose any, but my personal recommendation: Total Quartz 9000 Future series 5w-30, its best value for money. PSO is the cheapest option. Change oil + filter after every 5,000 Kms.

Its a dumb questiion I am about to ask... I have a boon 2012 I bought it some time back just like catching a wild goose.. I just liked it and bought it... not evening knowing what its specs and details are..

All I know id that it has long sofa seats, atmoshphere control, (as locals say fully loaded model) ... but I want to know its exact model, exact engine type... how can i do it ?
