And as i mentioned earlier about authorised dealers facilitating customers on premium by invoicing directly on their name. It's same as what you mentioned about Suzuki. IMHO, there is nothing wrong in it. This is how things should be! An authorised dealer cannot book a car on it's own name for investment, because in that case the invoice will issued with dealer's name on it.
The thing wrong with it is, That its creating a false shortage, Such cars should be directly booked with out any premium, Thats what i meant.
Maybe ur right about the first owner second owner in my case, If ive got the documents then il post them up. Or else ur right, But i know the car was transfered by the help of Suzuki margalla motors, We bought the car home unregisterd on my fathers name, (as it was transfered on his name before registration) We got the insurance on engine and chasis number, On my fathers name, the reg number was provided later. (atleast 7 days after)
One more thing, If this was the case all imported cars would be registered on the name of the consignee right? But everyone knows the consignees only Passport is used the car is sold to a random indivisual and registered on a randon name isnt it? Please share if u have any good info on it,
