Well, it depends on your will. Me and my friends did it in 2 days (we left Upper Domail around mid day, so tehnically its 1.5 days). One and a half day to reach the lake and then half day to reach back to Upper Domail. I have seen people doing it in one day. Yes, you can reach Upper Domail by local 4x4s

Im confused, maybe i'm wrong. I think Jalkhad is ahead of Naran while Sharda is in AJK (Neelum Valley). There is a offroad track goes up to Noori top and then down to Sharda.

Its been ages since i have been to Lalazar but i think its a offroad track and no, i dont think that cars can go there.
