Thanks for a post that is in much need.
This is wrong and it is not. Its only matter of perspective you look at it from. We and most of educated people consider it wrong and needless effort. Where as to certain class of individuals these things attract way more than you can imagine. Why?
Simple when you pass in crowd with your wheel in air people stare and give attention to you. This is what human nature is "To be felt important". Most guys see it as tact of bravery. That is where education comes in. We know its wrong not because we saw it in dream but we calculated it and education taught us. Of course there is no book titled "Wheele aik lanat" but during various levels we learned the rights of others etc.
This campaign is the need of time. However the class of people do such stuff are not on forums etc. There has to be some other ways to spread the awareness.
