In Chinese bikes me ek hee tow cheez Japani hoti hai..... and thats the carb.
These carbs are electronically calibrated to give the best average...... other than the idle speed screw you should not have fiddled around with it. Mixture ke screw ko nahi turn kertay. Ek bar genuine setting kharaab huwe aur gayee bhains pani may.....
I did that mistake and never got the same average from my UD70 ever again. meine 3 saal tak genuine setting per bike chalaaye. Nobody believes me but my UD70 averaged 90kmpl. Yes....... but nobody believes me but thats the truth....... phir 3 saal baad meri math mari gayee aur mene mixture setting change kerdi....... now I hardly manage 45kmpl..... khair engine bhi purana huwa hai but ye drop foran aya tha.
Khair jo hogaya soo hogaya....... all u have to ensure now is that the bike is now running lean or rich..... and to determine that you must unscrew the spark plug and check the color of its tip.
If its black.... its running rich............ if its light brown....... its running too lean...... you have look for chocolate brown color. Thats where the mixture setting is right.......
