Used scrap engine?

How much should i be expecting to pay for a used scrap engine at shershah. it doesn't matter it wont work, i just need it to look nice when i am done with it. any car engine would do.

atleast 15k i guess but that wud probably be in working condition i guess. But y do u want it?

You can make it luk gud by painting the tappet cover etc.

i don't want it to be working, i just want a piece of metal that looks like an engine. i wont mind even if doesn't have all the parts on it. im not planning to put it in a car. you could say its an art project.

Ahan then il ask the guy who collects scrap from our factory, wud let u noe in a day or, just to tell u he takes steel @ around Rs.30/kilo, So even if u get a dead engine at kilos make an idea of the price, still il let u noe if our kabariya has any idea.

The scrap dealer wud do that, still maybe u can get a bargain if u go there and find one.

Any luck in finding the scrap engine? I'm also looking for one for a similar purpose - not to use it.. Do let me know if you find a good deal. Cheers
