Its a toyota 4A-GE silver top 20V. How can someone even think of putting it in a beetle?

If they had common sense they'll leave the beetle as is. They'll understand that it has already been engineered perfectly and needs no further enhancements/redesigns/upgrades.

the heb never showed up on PW mainly because it's a fake and people don't realize that it is a tribute to a VEYR rare car. most morons just think "yeh deykho, foxy key saat kya kiya hai".

as far as i know he'll keep maintaining his cars as long as he keeps going. i saw the heb at khalids a few days back getting some routine work done. still looked good after all these years (was built in 1999 if i recall correctly).
