The translation I have is by Judith Norman and is in quite simple and easy to understand language. There are other translations aswell which , I've heard, might be more 'accurate' but are in more complex language.
Philosophy is never a 'hard read' or an 'easy read'. You must have an aptitude for philosophy , a natural tendency towards reason and rationality for any philosophical text to interest you.
Neitzsche's criticism of morality is the most amusing and interesting part of the book .Also interesting is his psychological analysis of epistemologists of his time.
