yaar....i must admit that in Pakistan i have just sat in an xli for 5 times, never driven it....as far as my obvservation is concerned, in karachi there was heck lot of traffic so the car seldom used to surpass 80 km/h, and the rolla brakes used to work fine at that speed.....and yes the rolla is comfortable car, at that time karachi roads were all messed-up, but the car was comfortable.
My cousin hadn`t installed cng, he used to keep it on petrol....i asked why so his reasons were that its fuel consumption is good, but i must be truthful and admit key petrol koi masla nahi thaa, hope u get it...wat he used to do was that fill whole tank and drive economically, like if weather used to be good so no AC.
One more thing i must admit is that rollas spare-parts and mantainence is easy and cheap. Like here in KSA, someone scratched the rear-bumper of my car in parking, so the repairing cost was 125 riyals but with discount like 80 riyals....but i can tell u for sure that if it was any other brand, honda or american brand, it would have cost a lot more. I think same applys to pakistani market also.
Here is KSA, i have a 2007 Rolla Xli, its engine is also VVT-i....which pakistani rolla isn`t.....and i have driven it so i know that it got a really awesome drive.
as far as resale is concerned, here in KSA, toyota is also the leader....and in pakistan again toyota is leader....so resale is one of the speciality of toyota.
