Plz guide me why whistling sound comes when brakes are applied. That is happening since yesterday. But after a few minutes sound goes away when brakes are applied. Is it due to winters ? Normal or not? City 2017, 24k on odo and maintened by 3s. Experts plz

Brakes were serviced by 3s as per maintenance schedule manual. As far as washing wheels is concerned yes. After a trip from Islamabad a d due to rain all the way made my city very dirty. So I went to a service station.
When you had you brakes serviced your 3s guy didn't put in the brake pad locks some things like in the attached pic. Hence the pads shake a little,
Plus the water / condensation on the disks makes your brakes squeeky...
