a good maintained or good rebuilt charade is far better than a mehrantry getting your hands on one non-accidental one with extras such as new paint, rims etc and you are good to go

Charade is good and durable vehicle but Charade 1988 (Egg Shape) is not very popular. IMHO, don't buy it, parts of this model are not available easily. Instead, buy 1985-86 Charade, they are very common, with parts and service.
most of the charades on the roads now are engine swappedand if you find a good restored one within 4 lakhs it's a good deal

all of the engines you have mentioned are used in charadesmy preference are the Toyota ones though, they are tough and highly fuel efficient too
