Xbox 360 pal or ntfs?

i recently bought a xbox360 arcade PAl from alfatah.the regular games when i played them the console displayed a region compatibility error. i tookthe console it from where i bought it he game me CD-R games and they all worked.now i cant find any CD-R games everyone in the market has the regular games.plzzzz anyone help me with this problem,is there any converter of some kind.plzzzzzzzzzz rply urgently

and i have saw people buying only PAL here in pakwheels so i wanna ask is that true that there are less games and NTFS Games will not work in xbox 360 Pal ...

i have jasper arcade pal

and wana tell u that, ever game that run on ntsc, will run on pal

but a little difference is that, ntsc games will cost u 100

and in pal will cost u also 100 but some games cost u 150

just a 50 rs difference in some games
