Corollas's brakes are erratic rather then controllable.
It usualy jams the wheel early, paddle response is very quick which feels good at first but in an emergency stop u end up skidding because your reflexes always tell u to press hard.
A more gentler paddle response will make a better brake, rather then a small push on paddle and bang.
A gentler brake leave room for you to steer away from the obstacle rather then locking the wheels and hitting it.
I think that is why they invented ABS, "to retain control in tight braking situations"
IN Pakistan as ABS is not offered in all cars, at least they can make it as gentle as they can like other japanese manufacturers (Nissan or Mitsubishi).
Brake distribution valves are also a common fault in many corollas i have used. u never know where it will stick and with what intensity.
I have already invited a lot of trouble from FLi, its better for me to shut up now
