[RX115]

i suggest u go for the default sprocket size (16T front and 37T rear)... that's what i am running on my RXZ

gives me both; perfect shoot and long ...

but if u want better top speed then go for 16T front and 39T; this was my old setup.

@rx1one5 as @voodoo said thats true 16/37 is perfect match on dt,piston and having 135,s clutch box
rather 115,s original sprockets are 15/38 but u have alter the engine with big boaring n heavy clutch box thats why 16/37 will give u better pick n top
rather if u install 16/39 then pick will be mind blowing and the all 5 gears will be done within 1km of distance......
so if u would use ur bike as a daily commuter then go for 16/37
i tell u all the formula of secondary reduction ratio
orig ratio of 115 is =2.53(15/38)
orig ratio of 135 is =2.46(15/37)
orig ratio of rxz is =2.87(16/46) 6speed version
lower the ratio increase top but will decrease the pick
and
higher the ratio will increase the pick and will decrease the top

@hid 115 has only 2 piston in over size 0.50mm and 1.00mm
due to lack of over piston sizes, people used to install yamaha dt125,s standard piston 56mm as least over sized bore possible in 115,s block
so u can also assume over size piston in original block of 115...
so performance on this over size match depends on accurate boring and also would required a good piston....and if u need extra performance then clutch box should also be replaced.....one can use rxk135,s clutch box for extra power

i heard rx still makes 140 on sleeve easily?
today i saw rx from v close felt it alot

depands on liners quality, the ports finish, boring, carb and its adjustments and there u go but it would not even near to original block
on sleeve u can hear much noise on high rpm,
the sound of bike would not crispy
the pick would decrease
congrats for that initial feel of rx:D:D:D

rx100 indian frame is almost same as japanese rxk135,s frame
rxs100 uk model frame is 100% same as rx115
