Assalam o Alikum
dear all experts and senior members plz suggest me regarding my ybz's fuel average it is maximum 29 km/ltr in Hyderabad there are 3 yamaha bikes mechanic but no one can still resolve my issue i have no more options except other than yamaha mechanics as i am facing two major issues 1. Fuel average 2. Speed which is not above 100 maximum recorded speed 105km/hr. So plz reply i am waiting for your response. Thx

Someone in this thread had the same problems and he contacted Yamaha by email, within 30 minutes they replied back and ensured that there problem will be resolved. Better if you do the same, you can get their email address on Yamaha Pakistan website.

Meny apni YBZ ka first engine oil 350 pe change kia ta. Frequent engine oil change has always been effective for new engines, so I would suggest to change it now.

Hello everyone!

I have been thinking for last couple of days that how we can solve each other problems and share our experiences better. Sometimes PakWheels post notifications gets missed, or if there is a conversation going on between couple of people to discuss specific issues, it all gets messy very quickly and if someone posts something new, the previous posts which are beneficial for some of us, will need to be scrolled up which becomes quite hectic.

I thought today that we need to have a Facebook group of all Yamaha riders, where we can share our experiences a lot better than this. With this in mind, I have created a brand new group to bring all Yamaha riders closer. I do not have Facebook. Anyway, I recently visited new sharif autos for tuning, chain full service and brake service and paid 450 for this whole work. Also, installed customised tank cover same like the seat cover I have and it costed me 200. New sharif autos did check a lot of adjustments like tappets, timing chain, plug and carburator and now my bike is working much smoother. However, fuel average is almost same as before around 50km.

Can anyone please tell me a good Yamaha authorized mechanic in Khi? I've tried a few, but none of them did a satisfactory job. My YBR-G is giving very bad mileage like 35km/l and low performance than before. Akbar road and mehmoodabad tried.

Mohsin, please visit University Autos in front of NED university. This is a 3S authorized Yamaha dealer and well reputed too. You'll find a mechanic here named Ata, do check with him he is an expert guy.

Not sure about this brother. But I believe air filter must be changed every 5000 kms due to the polluted environment of Khi.

Dear i have visited and a guy named Kashif who is very technical and skilled he suggest me change corborater and cdi but no result found than finally i have visited my honda mechanic he is very expert in heavy bikes and he diagnosed the issue and issue was clutch plates and pressure plates now my bike is smooth and all issues resolved Alhamdollilah but yamaha mechanics and headoffice response was very disappointed regarding claim so i have decided to contact with yamaha japan and they respond in quick time now yamaha Pakistan trying to reach and trying to contact at least 5 times a day and the Japanese replied me that they will be here in Pakistan on 5th January and will meet me. So further correspondence and meeting discussion will share. Thx
