Thanks for the guiding me bro, but my concern remains the same .....
People believe that Immobiliser vehicles can't be stolen, there are two aspects shown in the video:
1- Push Start vehicles can be started, and by starting it means you have already cracked the Immobiliser System, let me explain the Immobiliser System (illustrated below). Your "Ignition Key" has a "Transponder Chip" in it with a unique "ID Code", next when the Key is inserted inside the "Key Cylinder" the "Transponder Key Coil" grabs the "ID Code" and through "Transponder Key Amplifier" transmits the "ID Code" to the "Transponder Key ECU" where it confirms the "ID Code" and then communicated the "Confirmation" to the Engine ECU which then allows the "Fuel Pump" to turn ON.
In this video it is referring that the thieves have scanners (they do the role of Transponder Coil and Amplifier) so powerful that they can scan the "ID Code" even when the keys are inside the house. So, there is a definite possibility of theft of the Immobiliser System as well.
What this Farday Bag/Pouch does is that it prevents the "ID Code" from being stolen. SIMPLE !
Place your Key FOB inside the Farday Pouch when it is unattended or not in use, a simple preventive action that may save your investment ...
2- Keyless Entry code could be stolen and used to enter the vehicle, that is the second aspect of the video. What i am more concerned about is the first one !
