I just bought a new hyundai santro 2006 without CNG and now i want to convert it to CNG . all i wanna ask is does hyundai fit the same kind of CNG cylinders if asked after delivery ??? or there is some other kind of cylinders .... ????
Hi, Yeah Hyundai people do convert them to cng.... even after the delivery.. (the same kind of fittig)But it costs around 66,000rs or may be more.Thanks..
they do installl the kit after delievery as said by ahash but i think the price is more than 80kthe reason is that i asked them for the kit of kia classic (which has two cylinders) and they said 80 k i think santro's should be more expensive caz it has three cylinders(though smaller but still per unit cost is more in three) and emulator and advancer.so my advice to u will be that nuy 2 or three small cylinders as they are available in the open market and get the kit installed in the same was as factory fitted.
Thnx 4 answering but if i get the same kind of cylinders from the market (like those installed by the factory) and try fitting them from someplace else how much wud it cost me .... ???? i mean the 3 cylinders emulator and advancer ????
You can get an aftermarket fitting for around Rs.60,000 and Hyundai Company will do it for Rs.75,000...but I will advise you to go for a Company fitting.
