I had purchased Honda Civic 1998 6 months back. After that i got the complete suspension work done including complete set of new bushes and shock absorbers from Max Torque Workshop Islamabad.
Previously there was packing installed inside the rear shocks, after this activity i had also removed these packings which were almost 1 inch in height.
Currently the problem I am facing is that the my car feels very jumpy with only one person or two siting in the car. It feels the car is leaving the road and road grip is felt very less.
The car has 195 55 R 14 tires installed with air pressure of 30. As soon as 5 persons sits in the car, it starts behaving very great i can feel the car is in my control without any jumpy effect.
One thing that I have noticed is that difference between body and tires is not same in front and rear tires. Even after removing the packing the difference between body and tires is still higher at the rear side. I doubt that springs installed are the culprit because in normal cars I observe that the difference between rear tires and body & front tires and body is same.
