The only problem with the soft bags is the inability to lock them. I'm hoping I'm on to something with the police racks, but I'll keep you posted.
TrueEye, tubeless tires certainly have their advantages, just ask BMW GS riders (I used to be one, BTW). The problem is the expense of the tires and, if you plug a flat, it's recommended that you toss the tire as soon as possible. If you don't want to do that, the safest thing is to put a tube in it and then you are no farther ahead. And if you've ever tried to pull a tubeless tire off a rim, trail side, you'll discover what an pain this is. Ultimately, swapping a tube on one of these local Pakistani bikes is relatively easy, by comparison, once you do it a few times.
