2016 manufactured now available on auction but very limited. In a couple of weeks it'll be common. I haven't read on any changes in 16 model apart from the already launched style edition.

    Default It's Vezel time, AlhamdoLillah.

Vezel rs would be a sportier variant with a higher price tag and not a newer model of vezel.
Not sure but most probably it wont be a hybrid Because last year honda jade was launched in japan and a few months later jade rs was launched which is not a hybrid. And if its not a hybrid then it wont be imported in pakistan due to higher custom duty on non hybrid vehicles.
So lets see what honda has to offer in the form of vezel rs it will be lauched by the end of this month in japan.

The RS will be most probably hybrid but changes are mostly cosmetic (like style edition) although the suspension might be tuned a bit lower. According to reports, Honda Japan not planning to bring in a completely new model for Vezel before end of 2017.

Good numbers. I remember you used to get 20's out of your insight, so you most definitely can get better than that in a vezel.
And keep the figures rolling in, some pictures once a month keeps the thread alive.

Followed drzac's tips; the fuel average has improved, still dreaming of these numbers though. Where do you get your air filters from in Lahore? I asked for air filter change with last oil change (15000 Km) and they said it was fine. I got the original replaced at 5000 km with one acquired from Filter House. I have a feeling this filter is contributing to low mileage.

Mileage is dependent on multiple factors. Using good fuel (at least 70% hi octane) and oil (0w30 of top brand), keeping filters clean (replace air filter every 10k km in our environment and clean it every couple of weeks), regular maintenance (tyre air pressure and others) and above all your driving style. Maximize the use of EV mode in city driving wherever conveniently possible, avoid rapid acceleration and rapid braking, instead of hard braking try to cruise till the next red light signal and so on.
Vezel gives 20 plus on normal mode and 22 plus with econ in city if driven accordingly.

Well other then keeping the recommended tire pressure, i haven't done any thing (Car is still unreg so can't go too much in city, just short trips).
I've seen that vezel gives good avg btw 60-80km/h which is almost double then what you get at 40km/h.
So if you have space, accelerate it fast to about 60km/h and pull back slightly on the accelerator. Set the RFP to maximum strength. Follow the speed of traffic don't try to go faster. If you want to stop ahead don't break at the end just remove your foot from the gas pedal and let it charge the batteries. To me its avg is no more then 17.5-18 if you talk about normal driving conditions. Islamabad is exceptional so you cann expect miracles and especially when my dad is driving
We used to get 17.5-18 km/l from insight too within city and i still miss insight it was a great car with a very smooth hybrid system IMA which was very durable and shifting between motor and engine was seamless

Don't see why avoid braking. It has regenerative braking system. Means if you press brake pedal (not hard emergency press) the Motor moves reverse and stops the car and charges battery faster. You can see that charge green graph goes to max as you brake.

    Don't avoid, use efficient braking.
The regenerative braking is most efficient at 4 & 5 bars in the power-charge display. If you press any harder, the system usually engages some mechanical brakes too

IMA didn't have the ability to ev alone drive bro. So a better comparison could be with toyota synergy hybrid which is definitely less jerkier per se but then the transmission difference is also there
