Around 3.3 Million PKR ( yen at its lowest these days, so that made big difference ) ... people who got it a few weeks back paid around 2-3 lacs more for the same car ..

MashAllah congratulations! just a quick question regarding the absence of genuine audio head units or LCD's in Japanese imports e.g. seen many times missing in Prius's. Why is that?

Thanks .. Yes since the japan Maps don't work outside their country so many stock units are sold and auctioned independently there .. and it makes a difference for us in price of the car from anywhere between 50_150 k yen .. I went for original gathers top of the line

This car is a pure gem bro! One can see the potential of taking over the age old Toyota hybrid technologies in this car. looks like a make to order Hybrid for Pakistan! Would surely consider buying this as soon as the prices fall in Jap auction houses. Congratulations on your purchase!

Congratulations brother, this is a very good decision. I think this car will be a real hit in Pakistan in coming years. I was browsing the Honda Japan website the other day and came across it and got really intrigued. It's recently launched in Japan, once it gets a bit old, the prices in the second hand market will come down and more ppl would be able to import it.

Plus the second generation Honda hybrid system is giving a tough time to Toyota's HSD. It's more advanced and efficient and probably less complicated.

The Magic seats are really amazing. I have them in my Fit, and they come in handy in a variety of situations. I am a cycling enthusiast as well, and carrying my bikes in car has become a lot convenient.

I can imagine how excited about this new car you would be at this time, may Allah give you patience to wait till it arrives.

    Best of luck.

Thankyou so much .. Yup Honda realized they had to revamp their old integrated motor assist technology to compete with prius and toyota hybrid technology ...and boy have they done a remarkable job and very ideal option for pakistan import primarily due to 2 reasons... 1) Reduced duty structure on hybrids 2) Lots of new vezels for sale in japan as its categorized in luxury vehicle over there, so instead of paying luxury taxes every year, many are buying and selling them before the next year starts , so win win situation for countries like us

Thank you so much. Yes, within its first year of launch, its in top 10 selling cars in japan, so no reason why it wont be a hit here specially considering people have realized that hybrid is the future... and yes cant wait ,,, these remaining 4 weeks or so seem so far away lolz

Vezel is meant to be competing with the likes of juke and other compact suvs in japan and other countries but here This car will sure kick out prius from our market due to its added specs, stylish designing (interior and exterior ) and performace. As it is a 1500cc hybrid we would have to pay less duty on it in the future as compared to the 1800cc prius and also we would even be able to import a 5 years old vezel as it come in the suv category.
So its win win situation in all the categories for vezel in the pak market.

    6 Airbags

Why is it costing you at such an high price i.e 3.3million?
According to the picures shown by you, your car is the most base grade version of vezel as it does not have front led lights.
According to my knowledge about this car, this grade car is priced arround 2200000 yen in japan auction +150000 yen for freight + Rs 900000 for custom duty and documentation charges.
So the total price of the car come out to arround 3million.
Plz tell me the breakup price of this car.

Well there is 1 big corn of this car and that is its resale value coz whoever buys this car now for 3 or 3.2million is bound to be facing a big loss whenever he decides to sell it out.
With each month passing out this car will be getting cheaper and cheaper in japan and also less custom duty becoz jitni purani model k gari utni zada depreciation mile gi custom duty me.
So According to my calculation this car will be costing arround 2.4million in pakistan only after 2years from now. That means the people who bought it now will be facing a loss of about 1million after 2 years of using as pak reg cars tend to resale at lower price then freshly imported cars.
So inteligent people should wait atleast for 1 or 2 years to buy this car.
But some people would want to get there hands on this stylish suv ASAP and enjoy the shaskas of a unique car on the roads of pakistan. I have already seen 1 vezel in black colour here in karachi on khayaba-e-shahbaz last week and it was looking 1 hell of a car.
