you cannot add power from engine and electric motor together, vezel does NOT have 159HP, in hybrids its not simple addition, there are many parasitic losses. correct power output is as stated by salik 990 and drzac and its in the ball park of 150hp.
If everything is coming your way, you're in the wrong lane!

Alright. Thanks for sharing the link.
But i kinda knew this already. The point is how can we then know the combined power in hybrids. According to most info on the net it should be greater than 130 (the engine hp) but no exact figure can be quoted.
I added up the hp directly because people say you can just add em up to compare it with IC engine cars. Which in most cases would be valid. An example: even if you put 4 people (that's 300kgs) in vezel and race it from a stop to a 100 it'll take ~9.6 sec. Which is still faster than what our 9th gen prosmatic does with 1 person onboard..
But these theories apart, you are definitely correct in what you mentioned

    Default It's Vezel time, AlhamdoLillah.

vezel seems and probably is faster even though on paper its 0-60 times and hp/weight ratio is pretty similar because it has the intelligent 7 spd transmission which is way more advanced and better ratios for acceleration than the old prosmatic, plus hybrid means you have the torque from electric motor low down so you get the edge of the line as well and better linear acceleration than civic in which there is a wait for revs to built up and vtec to"kick in".
If everything is coming your way, you're in the wrong lane!

AOA all. I am Sajjad. Am also interested in Vezel.
Can somebody guide me regarding performance of its AC/electronic compressor?
Is it sufficient and comfortable in our scorching summer?

RR customs in lahore. For custom made perfect fit.
Or you may search in different market places, you may just get lucky and find vezel mats from local auto shops.
Or even better, I'll be trying this on my car this weekend iA, get the carpet of your choice from carpet shops. Cut it to your car's spec. attach it to a foam-over-plastic Base Layer. Get the stitching and border done from a nearby Taylor.. And the mats are ready.

After you drive it for 150-200km, only then you'll be able to get real avg figures!
I got 27 from my insight too for 70kms!
But maintaining is a very difficult job

If I am not wrong, Vezel or any other Japanese cars does have feature of cruise control on speed greater than 110 Km/H? If this is the case, is there any possibility to get it modified from any local guru?

Limit is 120. And if you think 110 is feminism, then so is cruise control itself :p just press the pedal and 180 is not far away
