    Default Radiator water issue

    I have got Vezel 2015 Z grade..the problem which l m facing is that v cant see the coolant reservior level as its installed downwards so l filled it full with coolant..but once l started it for a while and sw it off afrer a cpl of mins so l cud see an ample amount of water it dropped from its engine..so l checked the radiator and it was levelled n then checked the coolant so it was a bit less n l filled it again..so if u can plz apprise me that throwing water from engine is normal as maybe it doesnt want req that much coolant..or if some other technical then plz do let me know..

    The expansion bottle/reservoir is not filled upto the neck. When the engine warms up, the temperature of the coolant increases and as per Charle's law, volume is directly related to temperature, so volume of the coolant also increases, it exerts more pressure inside radiator. When the pressure exceeds particular point (written on radiator cap), the pressure relieve valve of radiator cap opens and some coolant travels towards expansion bottle. That coolant is sucked backed into the radiator when engine cools down.

    Don't put tap water in the reservoir. It will ruin your radiator due to scaling. Best to go to Honda 3S and let them handle it, if you can't. Second only put Honda premixed coolant. If at all you have to add water, only add de-ionized water, otherwise lot of scaling will occur in radiator as I already mentioned above.
