    Default One of the worst vehicles to drive

    Dear All,

    This is just my review, please dont take it to your hearts.

    We have purchased a 2016 model Vezel. Looks wise, no doubt she is a stunner, when she is on the road, we get a lot of stares because of its smooth curves, the LEd's and the overall look of the car.

    Interior is by far very classy, I think it can easily be rated among the best in all one the cars that are being currently imported.

    The drive, stiff suspension which doesnt do any good to the vehicle and I can easily say it is just pathetic to drive. The Toyota Aqua has a better drive then this car.

    Value for money: Please dont buy it as there are dozens of other options available.

    What is the air pressure in your tires because i also recently got my vezel 2016 and it had 40 points of pressure so it handled even the light bumps very harshly but when i reduced that pressure to 29 points it was smoother than my grande and this car's acceleration is a bit slow but not that much and if you want speed you could always use the Smode but this car's drive is not bad at all

    I totally agree with you' drive of Toyota Aqua is far better than the over rated Vezel

    I thought Vezel was comfortable. I stand corrected as it turns out.

    @mtalalafzal,

    I will try doing that but I dont like the overall driving experience.
    Mine is driven 170 kms in all but will have the pressure checked.
    Dont really like to rev it up but today pushed it a bit,a lag in response of about 3-4 secs is what I noticed,then I got upset and didnt feel like pushing her any more.
    I was driving a Reborn prior to the Vezel and man o man how I miss her 😭

    @payableondeath,

    I helped my frien get an Aqua and man that thing is so comfy and a beast,despite being a hybrid,average of the Aqua is also much better then the Vezel,currently giving me 14kms/litre but maybe thats cz its only driven 170kms in total.

    @ hamza_xeg,

    To sound like Jeremy Clarkson " This car is bland and boring to say the least".
    Imagine him saying that 👍

    Bought a new Grande,killer hai yaar,agreed that fuel avg is a decent 8-9kms/litre but pick,speed,comfort,thoroughly impressive.

    i too checked different honda cars and did not find pleasure that is found in corolla japanese cars,

    i think honda is just show off and nothing else, personaly i dont find any pleasure in civic as well, i feel vitz or smallest rolla car is better than civic, which just has power and eats money like hell...

    if you see honda city, it does not even have auto side mirros in 20 lakh, honda is just making pakis fools

    consumption, ac wise honda cars are also poor...no match with rolla

    @sohelahmed,

    Agree that the current Civic is just God awful,suspension is way tooo stiff for Paki roads.
    Reborn is a 1000 times better then the current Civic.

    As for City,its much better then Gli as it offers much more features,better build quality then Xli and Gli for sure.

    Imported Toyotas are a whole lot better then the Hondas,agree 100%,except for the Accord I suppose.

    I own a honda myself nd love old hondas but here i would completely agree with u that now hondas are over rAted just before 9th gen, every civic produced was master piece nd quality(apart reborn) in itself but now its all hideous civic boring accord artless jazz flashy vazel nd impractical crz.
    While city is a joke in 1.7m.

    City is better than xli or gli. I currently own city 2015, not much happy , its just so so feeling. Thinking to change it to xli or gli. But your comment push me to reconsider.

    @omar4494,

    If you want to shift to Rolla then go for an Altis atleast because Gli auto has no pick at all and price difference ie not that much between Gli auto and Altis.
    If you can spare some extra cash then look for a used Grande.

    @ mtalalafzal92,

    Thanks for your suggestion,tyre pressure was 45 in each of the 4.
    Reduced front to 28 and rear to 30.Drive has become a bit better,but yet it feels stiff.
    Nonetheless its just my observation,hope you enjoy many happy journeys with your new ride.
    Happy motoring.

    Guys its the pressure in the tyres when being shipped from Japan.Its kept unusually high.Bring it down to 30Psi in all four or 30 rear and 32psi front tyres.Ride improves considerably.I have find pick up to be quite good and fantastic when the sport button is put on.I shifted from 9th generation Civic(which was not a pretty good car too)but enjoying the Vezel.My only worry is the service aspect as Atlas Honda will not give any assistance or guidance for selfish reasons.

    Take a clear pic of the japanese text and then use google translate to scan & translate image.

    Japanese assembled cars are no doubt much better than our locally assembled ones but the only thing which puts me off is lack of local supportability. My friend saw a freshly imported Premio refusing to start after a car wash. No doubt water got in somewhere and now the owner was looking for a technician to get it started. A locally assembled car would have no problem being started up by any technician. That's just my gripe about used imported cars.

    @ mehran,

    Agreed,but it wasn't my choice to get a Vezel,I would have gotten 3 Reborns,2 for each day of the week.

    18,27,500 is base price of Gli auto
    18,09,000 base price for City Aspire AT.
    I think this sums it up.

    That's not much of a difference. Corolla is expensive because its a bigger car, better leg space and comfortable.
    But what are the extra features City got over Gli?
    City Aspire AT got immobilizer? Because Gli is equipped with it.
