Default Toyota Vitz 05+ - few questions.

    okay here they go:

I wanted to get the throttle body cleaned, or maybe I'll clean it myself.

What would be the safest possible way to clean the sensors for this particular car? I have been dipping the MAF and IAC in petrol and have been out without any problems (toyota corolla).

What kind of sensors this thing has and how to 'clean' them safely?
it has a 1kr-fe engine and so far to this date, i have been unable to see or find a physical throttle linkage, although when googling for 1kr-fe, I could see some which have a normal wire but mine doesn't.

How to improve consumption. Because I am getting the very bad fuel consumption. Its around 10 with ac and 11 without. Secondly I have again vibration sometime in traffic jam. But when I applied brakes from high speed to zero, no vibration at all. And vibration stands for 3 or 4 second then ecu manage to control vibration. Can't figure out what can be the reason. Any help will be highly appreciated. Maybe its bad grounding? If I buy grounding kit what you guys think it will help or not?

I think as far as mileage is concern you are getting decent kms/L. And vibration is every Japanese car problem I think they don't like our fuel and air

I have passo and it also starts vibrating within one month of its life in Pakistan. So I believe it's something to do with our fuel quality.

I have tried a grounding kit on a vitz before ... it does not work.

Replace your Fuel Filter ... will cost around 7,000 rupees but it will make a difference with fuel consumption.

Dude i dont know y but i have seen most of the ppl complaining about the fuel consumption of 1.0L vitz, i think its a mutual problem with all 1.0L vitz, may be because of our poor fuel quality

1.3Lvitz run pretty smooth on local fuel

Hameed bhai you are disappointing me, as I have done the above mentioned everything. If not fuel consumption can improved atleast the vibration on idle should go away.

dude i know how bad it feels when u cant do any thing for ur love, as a car lover i feel sorry for u man. what about the catalytic converter? is it still there?

I dont understand y PASSO 1.0L performs extremely gud on same fuel as it has the same Engine as Vitz 1.0L only the Transmission is different.

Hmmmm cat converter creates a back pressure, by removing it the fuel consumption increases dramatically & lots of Engine Vibration, its not recommended to remove the cat converter.

Belta has the Same Engine + Transmission as that of vitz
