yup if u can find the RPM meter u can swap it, should be a clip to clip fit
Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

Why do you need an RPM meter? Your car is not even manual. :/

    +1,
Rpm Meter on an auto! Transmission is not that interesting.
.... And yes you can change it if you find one in the market,

Btw what does Rpm has to do with the tranny of the car, in a normal every day car?

A normal, (aqal mand enuff) person knows when does his car requires a higher or a lower gear.

Yes the RPM meter is bigger then the speedometer in sports cars, but then gear shifting is different too

    Default Intrument Panel with Tachometer

I myself have purchased a instrument panel with tachometer for Vitz 2006 and it was perfect clip to clip fit and the RPM was up and running.

I purchased mine from Shoba Bazar (second hand parts market) in Peshawar for PKR 8,000 without giving the stock meter.
