It won't destroy your engine and do not go on people advise unless you have read enough from net to support it.. look into a few threads i've made on vitz and you'll get the story .. call me if still in doubt

it will not destroy your engine at all. if you leave it on then with time your fuel consumption will increase and the car will feel heavy to a point where it will no longer start ... once removed the car will be fine again... it's there just to convert harmful gases produced by the engine into environmentally friendly gases. the fuel in pakistan is bad so it does get choked up quickly.

Get your atf oil checked from toyota.
Use only cvt oil with proper measuring.

    Default Help Required Vitz 2007

I need help as my Vitz 2007 Model is feeling heavy on CNG and on Petrol and while its acceleration when I apply brake to slow it down a bit and then put accelerator down it does not give any response on cng and when converted to petrol it does same problem but it does give response i mean start acceleration but after a jerk.

Visited couple of mechanics one suggested to get throttle body cleaned for 1500RS.
Other Suggested that CAT needs to be removed and throttle cleaned for 2200RS.

Please give suggestion as I am confused in making decision.

Edit: Done with both and its fine now Masha Allah. Also got the culprit removed(CNG) as its of no use due to very less difference in cost per millage.

Its for the car's own benefit.. why would you want to remove it as far as its not creating any problems?

The real problem there is the fusion between CNG and CVT tranny

The jerk might be due to your car being 'tuned' on CNG hence converting to petrol is giving tht feeling in gear
