    Default CNG Average in Vitz

I want to know what is bench mark average of Vitz on CNG while it give 16 - 18 km on Petrol. CNG installation cost is around 40,000 Should I go for CNG. Caltex CNG and Stainly House are suggesting not to install CNG in Vitz.

Absolutely right. Do not install the CNG.

One of the dealers in Blue Area, ISB advised also the same. Few of his customers returned / sold the car on loss. So, its not feasible

I want some experts view only. The problem is not with engine technology itself but right skills, advancer and emulators are not available.

IF i had i vitz i would get it installed with a CNG kit. CNG is absolute economy. i think a vitz is ought to give abot 180km on highway with a 55 cylinder.

I would definitely install CNG in a Vitz. A few ppl told me that the "check engine" light remains on. This due to faulty installation. Get it installed from a good place and u won't have any problems.

BTW, does it really give 16-18 km/l ?

if you can afford petrol with ease then dont install cng, if you think that petrol is getting heavy on your pockets then go for cng...

btw if i were you i would have installed cng ...........

advancer and emulator are available for vitz, and as said before the check light is due to faulty installation...

    landirenzo advancer model stap 100/2....
its all about power to weight ratio...

there is a complicated intake system in these cars which blows up easily if CNG installation is not correct. check engine light is also blinking in every second car. soon these people with engine light and blown intake will be seen swapping much loved 2E and 4A-FE for the Z series based on the premise that 'apne thiyaan te betha hai jee'
